End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

REJKT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our platform solely for viewing and discovering NFTs. You may not:

Copy, scrape, or extract data from REJKT.
Modify or distribute any REJKT content for commercial purposes.
Reverse-engineer or attempt to access REJKT’s backend systems.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Use REJKT for unauthorized or illegal activities.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with our platform.
Automate data scraping, use bots, or manipulate listings.

3. Data & Privacy

We do not collect personally identifiable information beyond standard analytics. REJKT may store cookies to enhance user experience. Third-party Tezos API providers (such as OBJKT) may process data outside our control. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

4. Termination

REJKT may terminate or suspend your license to use our platform if you violate this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of REJKT.

5. Limitation of Liability

REJKT is not responsible for any losses related to NFT purchases, investments, or platform unavailability. We provide REJKT “as is” without warranties of any kind.

6. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of California, USA, and any disputes shall be handled through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, CA.
