These terms govern your use of REJKT's digital art curation platform.

1. Overview

REJKT is a curation platform for digital art and NFTs on the Tezos blockchain. We do not act as a marketplace, facilitate transactions, or provide minting services. Instead, we aggregate and showcase NFTs from third-party platforms such as OBJKT.

2. Eligibility

To use REJKT, you must:
  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
By using REJKT, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Nature of Service

REJKT provides:
  • A curated feed of NFTs listed on third-party Tezos marketplaces.
  • Links to external platforms where NFTs are available for purchase.
No financial transactions occur on REJKT. We do not guarantee the availability, authenticity, or accuracy of any NFT listing displayed.

4. Content & Listings

REJKT does not filter or censor content based on artistic expression but may remove content that:
  • Violates applicable laws.
  • Contains hate speech, illegal content, or fraudulent material.
  • Does not meet our quality standards for display.
We rely on OBJKT API for scam wallet flagging and may remove flagged content. If you believe a listing should be removed, contact us at contact@rejkt.xyz.

5. Intellectual Property

Artists retain all rights to their original works displayed on REJKT. REJKT does not claim ownership over any NFTs listed but may use their metadata and images for platform features and marketing. Users may not scrape, copy, or distribute any data from REJKT without explicit permission.

6. Fees & Referral Revenue

REJKT is free to use. We include referral tracking when linking to NFT marketplaces. If a sale occurs through our link, we may collect a referral fee, set by the artist. We do not prioritize listings based on referral incentives.

7. Donations

REJKT is not a registered non-profit but accepts voluntary donations at rejkt.tez. Donations do not grant any special privileges or influence over curation decisions.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

No Warranties: REJKT provides services “as is” with no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, or security.
Third-Party Services: We link to external NFT marketplaces but are not responsible for their services, transactions, or content.
No Financial Advice: We do not provide investment or financial advice. Any NFT purchases made through linked platforms are at your own risk.

9. Modifications & Termination

REJKT may update these Terms at any time, with changes posted on rejkt.xyz. We may suspend or terminate access to the platform at our discretion, with or without notice.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Los Angeles, California, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
